If you're a person that loves to travel but still misses home. We have some home staples that you will love! Start your morning on Front St. at. Santana's to have some amazing breakfast burritos. As you are downtown take the opportunity to walk in some of the local shops and around the newly renovated plaza. The streets are beautiful! If it's ....

Summer, head on over to Centennial Park to have some fun in the sun at the splash pad or even venture to work out on the fitness walking path. 

Spring, make your way to the Wooden Shoe Tulip Farm for for their annual tulip festival. 

Winter, don't let the winter keep you away from having fun. There are many indoor venues where you can still have fun. In the heart of downtown is the Woodburn Aquatic Center; for a great price your whole family can enjoy the water while staying warm.

Once you've completed a day of fun, head back to Front Street for dinner; downtown won't disappoint you!

Adrenaline Junkie

Are you an adrenaline junkie? We have just the place for you; Woodburn Drag Strip. Being a spectator of the track and cars is all you will need to get your heart pumping! Heading home you will pass by Woodburn’s Premium Outlets. If your adrenaline starts to rise for something more like shopping don’t pass this mall up. You can also find great food offerings at the surrounding restaurants.

If you are looking for a day in Wine Country you already know you’re in the right spot. The Willamette Valley of Oregon is known for its wine and has two-thirds of the state’s wineries and vineyards.  Farther to the North in Marion County you have the opportunity to choose from various different wineries. Pheasant Run is located in Aurora and both grows and makes Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio. Lady Hill in Mount Angel is a farm of history since the 1850’s and provides much of the Willamette Valleys wine. Hanson Vineyards is located in Woodburn, has 2 Estate Vineyards and 11 grape varieties. Wooden Shoe Vineyards is also located in Woodburn, has 6 acres of wine and table grapes and not to mention the beautiful views from their property. Take the day to schedule some tours and get your wine on!

History Buff

Woodburn and its surrounding areas have been around since 1889 and is full of history. Grab some breakfast and make your way to the Jesse H. Settlemier house, the founder of Woodburn for a history lesson and tour of his home. Champoeg State Park, located 10 minutes away in St. Paul, is the home to both a park and museum. There you will be able to take advantage of its recreation areas for hiking and camping but also visit the Newell house, Pioneer Mothers Log Cabin museum and visitor center.

Beer Connoisseur

Woodburn has a hidden gem just perfect for the beer connoisseur. Crosby Hop farms is nestled back in our rural community and has been in operation since 1900. They grow and processes hops from around the world. Take a tour of this amazing farm today! On your way back stop by one of downtown's Mexican restaurants and have a taste of one of the 7 cuisines of Mexico.

Adventure Seeker

If you love adventure, you’re in the right place. For the hiker’s heart, Silver Creek falls is about 45 minutes to the South in Sublimity, Oregon. Pack your backpacks, take a hike and return back to Woodburn for a good authentic Mexican meal for dinner. If you love adventure but love to relax. A golfing trip may be the way to go. Woodburn is home to one of the top 8 golf courses in the state, OGA and its neighbor Evergreen Golf Course is located in Mount Angel.
